GWV Beta - Known Issues

Despite our best efforts, you clever customers will find issues with the Beta. As they are discovered and reported I will add key information to this list so you can check to see if something you are seeing is known.

1. GWV on mobile devices isn’t ready yet. We are still working on some significant bugs preventing proper behavior on mobile devices.
2. There is an outstanding issue that prevents the attribute formatting settings from the webmap from being properly respected; currently your Region or Map Layer settings in Designer will always take precedence.
3. CORS setup is required on your services. Esri's JavaScript 3.x API (and therefore the viewer in ArcGIS Online) allows JSONP instead of proper CORS setup. This will change as ArcGIS Online moves to Esri's JavaScript 4.x API. Today, this means that a map that might be accessible in ArcGIS Online, may not be accessible using GWV if you haven't properly enabled CORS on the server.
