Allow edits to the "Ideas" area of this site

Currently, you can't edit posts or change up/down votes here (unless I'm missing something!). I feel like we should be able to change our minds, at least on whether to support an idea! It would be nice for me to be able to reformat and speel check a post or two as well.

  I agree that the interface is quite limited. I will pass on your feedback. I think we might be able to make things editable for you.
