Auto Expand Layer List Folder when turned on

In the Viewer Configuration >> Layer List
Just like there is an option to Auto Expand Swatches for a given layer it would be nice to Auto Expand the first level of contents of a Folder when turned on. The user should see something happen if they turn a folder on. Sometimes the contents of a folder are off. Turning on that folder won't appear to do anything. If the folder automatically expanded to show what was in it, the user could decide what to do next.
