Is it still necessary to manually configure the Cluster's Minimum Master-Eligible Nodes

Just want to confirm, the installation doc (https://docs.geocortex.com/essentials/4.10/install-help/Default.htm#ge/install/geocortex-core-and-clustering.htm) mentioned one should manually configure the cluster's minimum master-eligible notes since v4.6.1. However it's been while since then i'm wondering if the mannual configure is still necessary, why it could not be done in the post-installation.
