Total Number of Requests count: By Geocortex Analytics and ArcGIS Server manager

Geocortex Analytics report shows millions of record difference for the month of March as compared to ArcGIS Server manager records. We have created a monthly report from Geocortex Analytics to check the total number of requests received by ArcGIS Server and a similar kind of report is generated from ArcGIS Server manager. There is a huge difference between the two reports, GA shows millions of more requests as compared to AGS Statistics. Why is this difference? How GA Count these requests for AGS. 

 

AGS is clustered (2 machine)

 

AGS logs are configured in GA as to collect from the network share

  Hi,

   

  If this issue is being seen on a version of Analytics prior to 1.4.3, I suspect you are seeing a bug where the data is erroneously scanned multiple times. Please refer to this announcement for more details:

  Geocortex Analytics 1.4.3 has a fix for this bug, upgrading should resolve the issue. If the issue persists, or if you're already using version 1.4.3, please contact Geocortex support (support@geocortex.com) for further assistance.
