Hide items in legend
In the old printing method there was a method to hide items from the legend is that possible with the new Geocortex Printing? For example, I do not want my basemap to list in the legend.

Yes.
- If you are printing from an Essentials/GVH application it honors the Essentials "Include in Legend" settings of the layer.
- If you are printing from Web AppBuilder it uses the honors the legend visibility configured in the webmap.

That seems to work for a feature layer however for my basemaps they continue to show.

We are having the same issue with the basemaps here as well. The basemaps are set not to show in our webmap (created in Portal), however they still list in the legend hen using the print template and print widget.

Just in case anyone else runs into this, it is a known bug. Below is the response I received from support:
I was able to reproduce this issue on my end as you described it. It seems it's not specific to Portal or the on-prem version, but it happens with several of the basemap options Esri provides for web maps. I checked through our bug tracker, and found that one of our developers had already entered it as "#30311: Some basemaps appear in legend". I will add you as a stakeholder on that bug ticket.
