Analytics Timeout Errors Geocortex Applications

I am recieving "timeout" errors from my users in Analytics under Geocortex Applications --> Trends --> Errors Panel. Does anyone know where I can increase/remove these timeouts? Is it the viewer, essentials, IIS? My app pools have a long idle timeout.

Hi Tom,
The information you are seeing indicates that end users encountered timeout errors while using the Viewer. It is likely the entire Viewer initialization, since there are very few details. This panel would generally be used to troubleshoot when users complain about issues with using Viewers. If your users haven't reported any issues, the only other way to track down what happened at that moment would be to review the Viewer logs. If you are not familiar or comfortable reading and interpreting the logs, please open a support case for assistance (support@geocortex.com).
