Geocortex printing templates are unavailable when added to Web AppBuilder
I also encounter the same problem with Reporting but I am able to get Workflow widgets to work as expected.

Hi Harry,
Are the created reports and print templates shared so that the current user in WAB is able to run them?
Thanks, Stefan

Hi Stefan, Yep in both cases they are shared with everyone, I have also tried reports and print templates shared by others and encountered the same issue. I am using Portal 10.5.1 so I have also followed the additional steps for this install as well using the jimu.js folder in Web App Builder. Thanks for the info. What version of Printing and Reporting widgets and Designers are you currently using?

I am currently using the SaaS versions of both designers and the most recent versions of each widget (I downloaded them and re-ran the set up yesterday to make sure!)

Hi Harry,
Is your Portal instance using any security setting?
Thanks, Stefan

Hi Stefan,
Apologies for the delay, I have been on annual leave.
Yes my portal is secured and requires users to sign in, however I have shared the reports and print templates that I was trying to run in WAB with everyone.
Thanks, Harry

Hi Harry,
No worries. Can you confirm that you've completed the steps outlined for sharing when configured with WAB in a Portal 10.5.1 setup here: https://docs.geocortex.com/printing/latest/help/Default.htm#prn5/help/sharing.htm#share-in-wab-portal
Thanks,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,
Thank you for providing me the link to the documentation, I had already shared the templates as outlined. Although I am using 10.5.1, which the documentation states does not require the widgets to be shared, I tried sharing the widgets as well but this made no difference.
I do now have the on-premise versions of both reporting and printing running, which are authorised with the same portal account as WAB, so I am going to try and create some templates in those and see if they will run.
Thanks for your help,
Harry
