Geocortex Essentials Upgrade

Hi,

 

We want to upgrade Geocortex Essentials from version 4.10.1 to 4.10.2. When we get to the post installation Configuration, the App Id is filled-in automatically and we are asked for the App Secret that we have in our Portal for ArcGIS. When we enter the App Secret it is not accepted and there is a text indicating that the token has expired.

 

Should we reinitialize the App Secret?

 

Any help will be appreciated.

  Hi Badradine,

   

  If you are still looking at fixing this, try clearing the browser cache in IE.  The small window you see is an IE window and caching can cause problems with it.
