Getting the viewer to zoom to user's location on startup?

I need the viewer to zoom and pan to the user's location upon startup. Does anyone know how I can achieve this with workflows?

  Add a startup workflow to the site, and use the RunExternalCommand activity with the (https://docs.geocortex.com/essentials/gvh/latest/commands-help/#/commands/Geolocation/Geolocate) Geolocate command name.
