Any plans to support more output formats than just PDF? JPG or PNG maybe?

Not currently, but we are interested in your use case(s). With print templates there tends to be lots of non-image things like text, legends, etc. included in the output that make PDF the "optimal" choice for outputs in most cases.
If you have specific uses cases where your user's want/need images rather than PDFs please let us know what those are?

I suppose using an Export tool would be another way to achieve this. Some users want a quick screenshot to embed into an email, document, or presentation. Jpg or png are more convenient formats for those tasks. I do agree that PDF is optimal for the printed map, though. The print templates in Essentials offered the multi-format options, so I wondered if that would become an option with the new Printing5 templates also. I will try focus my efforts on the print templates in the new Web Viewer to see what the capabilities are there going forward. Thanks

We're looking for this too. Prints are frequently added to reports and emails, included in word documents etc. and putting the onus on our users to transform from PDF to png/other is not being received well.

I agree with all that Lauren said. We have exact same needs for our users. The export image format is fine for a quick screen grab but it doesnt give all the other components that should be on any map - eg north arrow, title, attribution, copyright etc and that is what the map print gives. I was really disappointed when I've gone to implement 5 series prints only to find out it is missing so many things compared to the 4 series. I now have to include both 4 and 5 series prints in our site which is not great. The 5 series is great for doing smarter legends which is why we are still including them alongside the 4 series templates, otherwise I would forget them all together!
