Create a user populated callout box for a map with multiple lines of text

Hi There

 

Just and enquiry if this can be done in the HTML5 viewer as I am not satisfied with the single line text drawing feature OOTB.

 

 

Scenario: 

 

User is producing a map product and needs to insert a callout box to describe some activities that need to take place at that location.

 

 

Tool:

 

User initiates a workflow where they can type desired text (possibly with carriage returns) into a text box, proceeds to then activate a geometry picker to drop a point on map.  Callout box much similar to the style of the 'Plot a Coordinate' appears with the desired multilined text.

 

 

 

I am asking this because my users really need this feature and its a bit of a suprise that its not standard feature.

 

 

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
