[5.26] Date Picker: Disable automatic picking of a date when scrolling between months

VertiGIS Studio Workflow 5.26 changes the behaviour of the Date Picker and Date Time Picker components to match the Date Range Picker. Selection does not update while navigating through the calendar.

In the Date Picker, when you click the arrow to move to the previous month, today's day number in this month is automatically picked, and the Date Picker's change-event is fired. If you want to go back a year, you must click the back-arrow twelve times, and in that pick twelve different dates and fire the change event twelve times before you get to the date you want. There can be a lot of logic and processes connected to a change-event, so you really don't want this to fire unnecessarily. I would really like the Date Picker to be rebuilt so that no date is picked unless the user actively selects a date

  We plan to update the Date Picker and Date Time Picker form elements to use the same third-party calendar control that we introduced with the Date Range Picker. When we do that, the change event will no longer be fired when you navigate between months.
