    Hi Matthew,

Is it possible for you to describe the actual case that you're attempting by disabling context menu item?

    Cheers,

    Pairin

Thanks for the response @Pairin Mason? ,

I'm a little worried we will confuse business requirements with capability so I'll provide some cases but can we please focus on the question?

We need to disable/enable buttons in context menus in the following (but not limited) cases:

    • If the user is not in a certain user group
    • If an application state is in effect - eg. Specific Task State --> Other Task State
    • If I have nothing in my results list (eg, result list is empty)
    • If the result group is a feature layer (So based on a feature service)

    Cheers,

    Matt

    Hi Matthew,

Currently, we don't support a way for customers to configure the enabled/disabled state of the context menus out of the box. We control the states of the menu-items behind the scenes as a part of our command/action architecture.

However, this could be accomplished with writing custom code, but the support would come in future release.

    Cheers,

    Pairin
