How to pass variables/string between workflows. using -- SetExternalValue / GetExternalValue<T>. Please help with a workflow sample.

Hi,

 

 

Is there any workflow example on how to do this. I have tried a lot to achieve this but failed.

 

 

I had created a Set External Activity and passed a string then in another workflow i tired to get external activity string. but it returns empty string.

 

 

Environment has latest versions of -

 

Essentials Standard / Html5 Viewer

 

 

GetExternalValue

 

 

SetExternalValue

  This is exactly how it is supposed to work. Maybe you could post a (small) workflow that illustrates your problem?
