Print tool in Internet Explorer is showing as disabled
I have built some Geocortex Printing 5 templates and have added a Print tool to the toolbar in my HTML5 Viewer application. In Chrome and Firefox it all works OK but in Internet Explorer (version 11.3143.14393.0) the print tool is showing greyed out and disabled. What is the cause of this?

@Stefan Schweigert? apologies for jumping in the conversation but we recently started to face issue in Printing 5 from essentials latest and html5 viewer latest, the Printing v5 Template generated is empty without any map only the title gets modified as per the user entry. Please help. We tried all the browsers but with same results. Is there any port required to open in the new versions of geocortex.
