Anyone else having an issue with some legend item descriptions not appearing?

Hi, just getting going with Printing (v5.1).

 

I've noticed that some of my single-symbol layers don't display correctly in the legend. The symbol appears, but not the layer name. In the example below, the first layer (in the Land Use and Planning map service) doesn't have the layer name showing. But City Limits and UGB do show correctly. I can't see anything different in the map service/folder/layer setups. Using Essentials 4.12 and HTML5 4.12.1

 

 

Any ideas?
