Error when adding map to Web Viewer
When I add a new map to a Web Viewer, I get this error in the browser's console:
Failed to initialize item: [request:server]: User not allowed for this account.
I am logged in with my ArcGIS Online account, and I also tried this from an incognito window. Is this a known issue?

Hi Berend,
Are any of the services within the web map secured? If so, what type?
Thanks, Stefan

No, none of the mapservices is secured.

Hi Berend,
When I created a new web map with the bottom two services, the map loaded successfully.
When I try to load the first item, I get this error in AGOL: "This item is not currently available. The ArcGIS Online subscription associated with this item has been disabled.", the second item is not shared publicly currently, but the third item is giving me an error that I am not currently not authorized.
Is this item currently shared publicly or are you a part of the same organization and it is shared within the org?
Thanks, Stefan

It looks like two of these maps were just deleted. That would at least explain why today I can't open my Web project anymore.
I don't know what's going on with item 3, but at least I can open it in the Esri map viewer without being logged in: https://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?layers=8cd5c90978f844e4bdac8257bd8b7640 .

I am getting the same error: InitializeError: Failed to initialize item: [request:server]: User not allowed for this account. Here are the steps I took, which mimic what Drew did in the November 2019 Road Ahead video (26min mark).
I logged into GX Web and selected the blank template. I then clicked 'Add Component', selected 'Map' and dragged it over to the right-hand pane under 'Components' and that's when the error occurred. The default map is not appearing in the map pane: I just get a blank. If I double click on the Map component I get 'Loading error' and don't have the ability to change its configuration.
The other templates work OK and display their default maps.

Geocortex support confirmed this to be a bug (#38544) in the SaaS version of Web which occurs when adding a map to a blank viewer.

A workaround is to start with one of the templates that already has a map included then to change this map to one that you want to use. However the error still occurs if you attempt to add a second map to the viewer.
