Can Reporting 5 connect to WMS or WMTS service?

I am looking at trying to add WMS service to my Report in Reporting 5. However it does not allow me to connect using the ArcGIS option. Does anyone know if it is possible to run a report on WMS? I am trying to add the National Levee service: https://levees.sec.usace.army.mil/mapserver/public/ows?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities
