How do I Identify features in a web scene?

In Geocortex Web I'm trying to identify web scene features with the 'Identify' command. This results in an error: 'Web scenes do not support drawing'. Is there a workaround for this?

  Hi Tom,

   

  Currently, we only support point identify for web scene.

  You can configure via map's onClick action (single-click on feature) or use the map-context menu (right-click on feature) to trigger an identify. You can see examples in "Web GIS - Default" template.

  Also ... we are 'this close' to having the drawing (and measurement) working in 3D which will give you additional options beyond point identify. You should see this in our 5.5 release in early February 2020.
