Easily switch between ArcGIS accounts

When signing in to apps.geocortex.com, only an ArcGIS account that's linked to a Geocortex account can be used. Signing in with another account gives an error: "Your Geocortex Account is not currently linked to the ArcGIS Online account that you used when signing in."
The linked account can be changed here (https://communities.geocortex.com/myaccountmaintenance/s), but it's a hassle to do so every time you need a different account. I have accounts in different organizations that I use simultaneously.
Would it be possible to provide an easier way to switch between accounts? I'm imagining something like how it works in ArcGIS Pro, where in the top right, there's a button to switch the active portal.

There are no current plans to implement this. Keep in mind that licensing is generally tied to an organization. For organizations that want licenses for multiple orgs everything works pretty well, as long as you remember that the content you are accessing/creating belongs to the org you are signed in as.

Is there an alternative for https://communities.geocortex.com/myaccountmaintenance/s or is this not relevant anymore?
