Updated to 5.5 and my map tips no longer work. Am I missing something?

For anyone watching this post - I've reached out directly to Jeff and established that his issue wasn't related to updating to 5.5; he had made some other changes to his web map. We're working through Support to get him back on track.
Any other 5.5 issues, please don't hesitate to post!
