Is there a specific privilege/permission within ArcGIS Server login roles that is required to access Geocortex Manager?

I can assign an ArcGIS Online Creator login to the default "administrator" role and access Geocortex Manager. If I change that user's role to the default "publisher" or "user" roles, I cannot access Geocortex Manager. Is there a specific privilege/permission within ArcGIS Server login roles that is required to access Geocortex Manager? I could create a custom role with that permission, if that is the case. I didn't see this in the documentation anywhere. If I missed it, please point me to where that is discussed. Thanks

  Mike, did you ever get an answer to this or devise a workaround? I am running into this now that we have set up portal.

  Unfortunately, I never did get an answer to this. After all my reading and testing, I could not get anything but an Administrator account to work.
