Post-Installation Redirect URL on local host

Hello!

 

I'm trying to get started with Geocortex Web and have hit a stumbling block. In the post install, no matter what value I add to the redirect URL, I get the message "Enter a Valid Host". I'm working on my local machine for testing purposes, so the host is https://machine.domain.local. I've tried many different things, including the URL of Geocortex Web in the redirect URL field, with no result. Help?

  The drop-down only has https in it, unfortunately. But, yes, I've tried entering the url with and without the protocol, and tried entering it with http and https with no different result.

  I am having this problem as well; what should the proper value be? Could you provide examples?

  Hi Jorge,

   

  In Post Installer at "Portal" page under "Redirect URL", select https and full server domain name from the dropdown list. Then select "Copy". That should be the correct redirect URL you needed.
