Printing 5.4.2 service/auth Errors

This afternoon we updated Printing 5.1 to 5.2.2. The previous 5.1 was authenticated using AGOL. We switched to use our enterprise portal in the 5.2.2 update.

After updating, accessing the designer interface with portal authentication is working as expected.

Problem we are running into is now inside a GC Essentials viewer - it seems the service/auth url our viewer is trying to use on load is wrong. It is trying to access:

https://thisisawebsite/Geocortex/Printing/designer/service/auth/token/run

The above gets a 404 error. Changing the URL to the below works and returns a token from printing:

https://thisisawebsite.com/Geocortex/Printing/service/auth/token/run

Any idea what would be causing this?
