Custom Error Message in Web

When an error occurs in web you get the stock "Please contact your GIS administrator" message. It would be great if this message was easily editable.
Use case: a public facing viewer. If a member of the public gets an error they will currently see "Please contact your GIS administrator". A more useful message would be like "Please email xx@xx.com for assistance". Its a small thing, but could help out alot.

Agreed this would be helpful. Jake Brown had a similar idea/request.
For interest, this is what I said:
"agreed that it would be great to have friendlier messages here. We toyed with the idea of making this configurable, but have faced challenges because Geocortex Web hasn't even fully loaded at this point so much of our infrastructure isn't available to us. We could modify the default language to something more conversational such as "Oh oh! Something isn't quite right..."
