WAB with Workflow not working in ESRI Dashboard

I have my workflow within a Web App and it is working as desired. I have subsequently been asked to embed my Web App within an ESRI dashboard, which I have done as a but now the workflow tool doesn't work. When I click to open the widget, it never opens and this message appears in the Console logs. Has anyone else encountered this or know of a work around?

  Thanks for providing these details. I've filed an issue with your name listed as a stakeholder. While we don't specifically support ArcGIS Dashboards, the error looks to be something that can be fixed.
