I've made a mobile sdk application in Visual studio. How can I add it to the package that is used in the mobile designer ?

I created a mobile sdk application with Visual Studio. I created an operation that adds an mmpk. it runs perfect in the development environment.

For the moment I want to add the operation to an app created by the mobile designer. How can I do that ? Is it possible ? or must I deploy it separated from the designer.
