In Gecortex Web Designer, is there a way to configure feature description and maptip?

What should I do if I would like the user click a feature to get a maptip (pop-up) with contents similar to what can be done in GVH?

    Hi Michelle,

     

    If you configure the pop up details on the web map in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS, these details will be displayed in Geocortex Web.

    Hi Stefan,

     

    I did configure the pop up on the web map in ArcGIS Online, but I don't know how to get it displayed in Geocortex Web. When I click a feature on the map, it displays the result details on the left panel. Please advise.

    Hi Michelle,

     

    Currently, the panel or table are the only places details can be displays but the Geocortex Web team is currently implementing map tips, including on hover display, for the upcoming 5.9 release, which is due out in early October.
