Unable to load print templates because credentials not being sent to portal.

Our portal is secured with Integrated Windows Auth. We have Essentials set up to send credentials <Cors AllowCredentials="true"> in the restappsettings.xml and the viewer index.html is set up to enable cors with credentials when making requests to our portal. This works when the site tries to load a workflow, we no longer get CORS errors. When loading print templates we still get CORS errors. We found that in the fetch for print templates that "credentials" is set to "omit". For workflows its set to "include". Has anyone run into this issue and come up with a solution?

  bug 32508?? Credentials will now be properly attached when requesting Reporting or Printing 5 templates from Windows secured Portal instances.
