is it possible to use the output of printing 5 and put it into reporting 5?

i was wondering if anyone was successful in printing a map in printing 5 and then using that in reporting 5.

i did try it and i think i was getting stuck in the fact that printing 5 only outputs pdfs and you cant put pdfs into a reporting 5 template.

it would seems a logical step as most of the reports i have created in the past (4 series) show all the features in the single map and have all the attributes of those features in table next to it.
