When trying to open a report in Designer, I see a Unable to open report item The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

  Looks like I have the same issue with Printing

  I have the same issue with Printing in a Load-Balanced Environment. I see a Unable to open report item

  The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request when I open a print Item.
