Endpoints required for Geocortex 5 designer install

For installing on-premise Workflow 5 and the other designers, It would be great to have a list of endpoints required by the offline license activation in the post installer. By running a fiddler trace we identified, the following are being accessed:
*.geocortex.com
*.arcgis.com
*.salesforce.com
Possibly these can be added to the requirements topics, e.g. https://docs.geocortex.com/workflow/latest/help/Default.htm#wf5/help/requirements.htm
Please sing out if you need any further info at all.

This will help greatly when installing the Geocortex 5 designers on servers with heavily restricted internet access.

I must apologise, a colleague pointed out an error in my original post here. Where I mentioned "offline license activation" it should read "online license activation".
