Federated Map Services not Printing
I am having an issue with map services showing up when I am printing. The map is showing the correct extent and scale; the basemap layer from ESRI shows up; any markup and drawings that I have on the map show up. When I watch the web traffic, I can open the export tasks from my ESRI REST endpoints and the exports are showing up properly, but they're not showing up on the printing output - the legend is empty as well.
I have added a publicly available map service to my map, and it shows up in the legend, but is not displaying in the map
I am on GXW 5.11 and Printing 5.8.
Has anyone else experience issues similar to this?

@VertiGIS Admin?
Any ideas or assistance on this?

@VertiGIS Admin? Bumping this one up. We're looking at federating our Server and doing research into any issues we might encounter. Any info is much appreciated!

Good morning @Emily Renkema? ,
This issue has been mostly resolved. The main culprit from my understanding was an issue with Integrated Windows Authentication, and the passing of permissions between the different applications. The previous work-around was to have all of the items in the map and the print templates shared with "everyone" which removes any form of IWA.
Currently in GVW 5.14, for printing to work, the print templates still need to be shared with "everyone", but the items in the map can require authentication. I've been told that they are actively working on getting this issue straightened out.
As a side note, I have seen this same behavior present with server side workflows, but I presume that will be resolved once they have this straightened out.
Hopefully this helps!

@Brian Cunningham? Thanks for the info Brian! We do currently use IWA and sharing either print templates or items in the maps with 'everyone' would be an issue. I'll keep an eye on this and see how it develops. Thanks again!

Hey @Emily Renkema? ,
No problem! Do keep in mind though, that if you're using ArcGIS Enterprise in an environment behind a firewall that sharing with "Everyone" simply removes IWA from the equation, and does not open your data to anyone with access to the internet. It just means that you can't be more restrictive within your organization on who can/cannot see a particular item or data. So, having to share with "Everyone" is not an external security risk unless your ArcGIS Enterprise environment is exposed externally for access by folks outside of your organization.
I hope that provides more clarification :-).
