Analytics Shared Secret

Hi,

 

I'm trying to add a Analytics Agent, but don't know what the shared secret is. How can I retrieve the shared secret from Analytics Hub, or can I reset it?

  Hi Jerry

  Your shared secret is stored as an encrypted value, it is not user accessible. Resetting the shared secret would require reinstalling the hub. Please contact our support team (support@geocortex.com) and we'll help find it.
