Run Workflow - Form > Value > not returning value from drop down list

Workflow attached. Public facing services used for the workflow.

 

My first drop down list is showing values from a Query Layer activity, as-is. My second drop down is showing values I concatenated from two values in a Query Layer (STATE - NAME). I can Alert my value from the first dropdown, but not the second. Exact same syntax. So, the County one not returning a value - just [object object]. Any ideas?

  Hi Ryan,

  I think this does return value, I guess the second drop down list subworkflow returned value type that is an object, if you convert object to JSON, it shows the data.

  Thanks for the feedback. I see that now. Seems like the only option to create a collection is as an Object collection. WF4 had the option to make it really any kind you wanted (i.e. string). Is there a way to make a collection for string values? I'd rather not have to dissect the json after a value is picked.
