How do I have to set Geocortex Go so that I can use tpkx files as a offline basemap?

In my LocalState folder i have a vtpk and a tpkx files. When i try to switch the offline basemap i can only see the vtpk file but not the tpkx file. I have a WebMap where offline mode is enabled and im using a MMPK

  Hi there,

   

  One thing to check is that the TPKX file is in the same spatial reference system as the rest of the map data. Also note that custom map areas target the basemap that you specify in the Create Map Area panel in Designer. In the case of predefined map areas, the TPK/VTPK/TPKX basemap is specified in the web map settings section, within that offline area. For this configuration, you'll need to manually enter the name of the file you are using.
