"On Identify, don't pan/zoom to Feature." Is a new feature in the 5.13 version Mobile. Where is that setting located?

I have a few maps where I would like to use this setting so when users identify a feature that map does not zoom to it. It can be disorienting when editing several features in an area and you have to keep zooming back out after each one. I can't find settings for this new feature though in the designer, does anyone know where they are?

  Bumping this, still no luck on myside finding this setting or documentation about it.
