Why are we missing features in Portal-GC print output?
We have an on prem install with newest Geocortex installs. None of the dynamic on prem services show up in the output print. The cached base map we have on prem shows up in the output however. Why is this and how can we address?

Just to add a few more details here... the services that do not show up in the print output are internal on premise traditional ArcGIS Server services. Same setup with external on prem services do appear in map output. However, in WAB, the GC print output shows all features for internal services. So, something with the way GC Web is using services in the Print output is failing.

Hey Nico. I think we had a few things going on here. Looking at my notes though, we had to re-do a few things with the post-installers per the ticket we opened. But I also think this was addressed in a recent version of the software, so if you are using the latest, it might not be an issue. If that is not the case, I can send you some of the notes I think might help.
