I heard that reporting widgets can be used now with WebAppBuilder on ArcGIS Online. Are there any instructions someone can point me to on how to integrate a report into a new web app builder (AGOL Hosted) app?

  Hi Melanie,

   

  This hasn't made it into our formal documentation yet (coming soon), but here's the process.

   

  1. Go to the ArcGIS Online Marketplace https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis-marketplace/products?product=hostedWidget
  2. Select the Geocortex hosted widget you are interested in.
  3. Activate a 60 day trial of the widget (or ask your org admin to do this). Even though you already have a Geocortex license, the process is smother if you choose the trial rather than purchase request. We'll convert your trial on the backend and this will allow you to use the widget right away.
  4. This will now give you access to an ArcGIS Online item for the widget's Marketplace listing.
  5. Open the item and click "Share". You need to share this item with an ArcGIS Online group that contains all the Web AppBuilder authors that should have access to the widget (including yourself).
  6. Now you can open Web AppBuilder. When you go to add a widget you should now see a "Custom" tab that contains the widget.
