Hi Ahmed,
I'm not able to reproduce this issue using GE 4.14.3 with GXP 5.12 (SaaS) and Chrome 92. Which browser are you seeing this issue in and which version of GE/GVH and GXP?
Thanks, Stefan

Hi Stefan,
Thank you for your reply.
We have GE 4.14.3 and GXP 5.9 (on premises) and Chrome (92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (32-bit)) , the application is using map services via ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 (with all latest patches). this issue is present even on the Geocortex Web using printing via Geocortex Printing.
The only change in Geocortex Printing what we have done is that we are using Geometry services from our ArcGIS Server and not via online due to firewall.
Thanks,

Hi Ahmed,
One thing that you can try is to specify the "Text Color" in "Measurement" of viewer management pack. By default, this value is blank and should default to black, but if you select black, this might force the labels to display.
Thanks, Stefan

Hi Stefan,
Thank you for your reply,
After changing the text color values, as guided by you the print came as expected but only after several re-tries. the measurement labels seems to be randomly displaying and then not displaying print template with empty label boxes as earlier. Also we tried replacing the geometry service (local on-prem arcgis server) in GXP Deployment config file with the arcgis online geometry service and changing the GXP print templates, but still the issue of measurement labels unable to stick to the print template persists.
Thanks,
