How do I change the colour of the text for Sign In / Sign Out?

I've had some complaints about this button being difficult to read since our banner is blue as well. How do I change the colour of the text for Sign In / Sign Out to white?

  Change the linkColor property for the UserInfoViewModel in the viewer confguration files

  You want to change it in a viewer like this https://maps.portcoquitlam.ca/Html5Viewer/index.html?viewer=Public.v1

  It's actually for our Internal site. We don't allow users to sign in to the Public facing site. I figured it out using the info you provided. Thanks
