Installing Geocortex printing in ArcGIS Online Web AppBuilder

Hi,

I have stated the trial for Geocortex printing but I cannot see the widgets in ArcGIS online Web AppBuilder. I have shared the control with a group that I belong to but the custom tab does not appear when trying to add a widget. What am I doing wrong?

  ArcGIS Online does not currently allow hosted widgets to be used in public apps. Only signed-in users from the same organization are able to run the widget.

  That is documented here, but it is easy to miss.

  As an update, I went back to Marketplace and registered for the trial again and this time it worked correctly and the custom widget tab is available.

  I have the widget working in the organization but for some reason it does not work when the app is public requires sign in although the report is shared to the public.
