Is there a way to union multiple features to appear only once in a layer report?

I'd like to use a layer report to display a collection of features related to a single location, rather than a separate iteration for each featureid. Is there a way to have the report union the features into a single iteration of the report?

  Attached is a sample of the output from an Essentials RPX report I'm trying to emulate (DrainageCharge.pdf) and the results I'm getting Report 5 (Drainage Fee Report for 1306 RIDGEHAVEN DR.pdf)

  Do you have the info in the Detail 1 panel? If you do it will repeat. But if you put the data into the report footer it wont repeat the information.
