Trigger/Run a Report from a Workflow Pop Up?

I have a Web AppBuilder site using a Workflow 2D widget where users enter an address and it searches for candidates in a feature service or geocodes the address, zooms to the location and displays a popup. Currently, it's configured to immediately run a Report as well. Is it possible to add something to the pop up (button, value, link) to run the Report? Most users don't need a report, and I'd like to prevent unnecessary load on our server.

My Workflow and Reports are attached. Note that a report will only generate if an address candidate is present in the feature service, so search '1900' or '12506' to get a viable candidate.

  Can't you just add a checkbox, and trigger an event if clicked in your form to run the Report activity?
