Add layers from both Portal and ArcGIS Online

It must be possible to not only use layers from portal, but also layers from AGOL. This functionality is available in the web app builder from esri and must also be available in the webviewer.

  Hi Luuk, have you tried this with the latest versions of Web? We updated the add layer dialog for on-prem Portal users to give you access to the world atlas data.

  I'm still not able to find Public ArcGIS Online content with the component portal.choose-layers. We have Portal licenced on-premise. Is it possible to add a component to the application that allows users to add content from an other Portal or AGOL?
