Hi all What is the largest report size that geocortex reporting (on the cloud) can report?

Having problems generating a report which contains a sub report with more than around 30 objectid inputs without the report timing out, is there a limit to the size of report that can be generated

  Hi, some feedback on this issue would be helpful. We have had timeout issues with on premise reporting in the past but hoped that running reports asynchronously using the Geocortex SAAS reporting environment would help. Thanks.

  We are experiencing slow report generation time and we are using cloud services exclusively for now. Given, we have a complex and lengthy report but it seems to time out when greater than 4 objectids as passed for the parameter.

  For anyone who was running into these types of issues between late November to mid December 2021, there was a recent update that may have addressed the issue.

  Hi Amanda Frech, I updated the Reporting5 to 5.15.2, and I changed the Export Option to PDF/UA-1, still I'm facing the time out issue.

  I'm using JSON DataSource,

  my report has sub report and map component its failing when I passing more than 50 records, but customer want to see all records with map in the report. its working when I pass less than 50 records. need help. Thank you.
