How can I configure the related feature details panel?

I do not want the Edit and Delete buttons to appear, and the values of fields appear with the raw database name and the coded value domains use the Code instead of the Description. See RelatedFeatureDetails.jpg attached.

 

Edit would be useful, if I can set an override workflow so that the form looks nice and uses coded value domains correctly. See EditRelatedFeature.jpg attached.

  Issue showed in RelatedFeaturesDetail.jpg is resolved. There was a problem with the coded value domain data type: made it of the short data type (not text). Also figured out the configuration with field aliases in the Portal Web Map Viewer.

   

  Issue in EditRelatedFeature.jpg still stands. Have not found how to configure that part of Related Features.
