Printing and Reporting templates with map don't show layers and graphics using VertiGIS Studio Web

In VertiGIS Studio Web, using Printing and Reporting templates (created using VertiGIS Studio Printing and VertiGIS Studio Reporting) that contain a map,  the layers and graphics are not visible in the output pdf(s). Only the Basemap is visible.  These templates work fine in Essentials HTML5 viewer(s).   Am I missing something?

  Hi Bob - This is not expected. Generally you can print from VertiGIS Studio Web (VSW) and what you see on the screen is what you will get in your Print.

  My first thought was that there are some pretty substantial differences in how CORS is handled between GE/GVH and VSW ... but assuming you can load VSW and see the layers and graphics there, and it is only 'on print' that they vanish. I'd file a ticket and we will get to the bottom of it.
