Annotation not showing up in site

In Geocortex Essentials Manager (V 4.14.4), Parcel Dimension annotation show up in viewer (highlighted in yellow below). On the site they don't show up.

Any ideas?

  Hi Jenna,

  There are a couple of issues in our backlog relating to this that might be impacting this. Have you configured the layer drawing order for your map services, or are using permissions for different users or groups on your site?

  Answers to your questions...

  Have you configured the layer drawing order for your map services (Yes, the drawing order was configured in ArcGIS Pro), or are using permissions for different users or groups on your site (I have two sites, 1 to the public and 1 for staff that they have to log in and the annotation layer doesn't show up on either site)?

  In ArcGIS server manager I've shared this service under our Private and Public permissions and got the some results in Essentials.

  I've tried changing the order in manager. Adding just the dimension layer as map service and feature layer. I also test creating the dimension as it our rest url and adding it and still same results. The annotation will show in manager but not in the site.

  We unchecked this property for ArcFM Web (Geocortex) to allow Anno to Draw, it might be something to try on your end.

  Hi Ted,

  Sadly unchecking "Allow per request modification of layer order and symbology" didn't work for me.

  Thanks for the suggestion.
